In the spiritual world I started at the age of 16 with the practice of Transcendental Meditation which helped me develop clairvoyance, clairaudience and reach the state of contemplation.
Later, when my firstborn son began to suffer from colic typical of his age, I tried different remedies looking to relieve his pain and that is how I discovered massages, which turned out to be the perfect solution for him.
There began my passion for holistic healing and that led me to graduate as a Massage Therapist at the “Centre L’Attitude” in Quebec, Canada in 2000.
At the same time, I learned Therapeutic Touch and some Reiki, which enabled me to heal different ailments and health problems by applying these techniques of laying on of hands.
In 2004 I started working with doctors and chiropractors in rehabilitation clinics in Florida, USA which led me to become a Certified Medical Massage Therapist in 2008.
After 10 years of practice in different clinics and spas I decided to work on my own.
